This guide was first commissioned by the Media Lawyers’ Association (MLA) and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) in 2021 to highlight the rise of online harassment and provide some guidance on how to manage its effects. This second edition includes the position in Scotland and in Northern Ireland.
